Vorghalxshrexxon provides professional wardrobe consultation services. This Return Policy explains our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of consultation appointments. Please read this policy carefully before booking a consultation.

Service Nature

Our services consist of professional styling consultations, including closet audits, color analysis, and personal shopping assistance. These are service-based offerings that are provided at the time of your scheduled appointment. As such, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to accommodate the service-based nature of our business.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation More Than 48 Hours in Advance

If you cancel your consultation more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with last-minute scheduling changes and ensures our consultants' time is respected.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you anticipate being unable to attend.

Rescheduling Policy

We are happy to help you reschedule your consultation to a more convenient time:

More Than 48 Hours in Advance: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge, subject to consultant availability.
Within 48 Hours: Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the consultation fee, depending on availability and circumstances.
Rescheduling Limit: Each consultation booking may be rescheduled up to two times. Additional rescheduling requests may require payment of a new consultation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Full Refund

Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
Service cancellation by Vorghalxshrexxon due to consultant unavailability or other business reasons
Documented service quality issues that prevent the delivery of the consultation as described

Partial Refund

Cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment (subject to cancellation fee)
Consultation partially completed due to circumstances beyond either party's control

Non-Refundable Situations

No-show appointments without prior notice
Consultations that have been fully completed
Client dissatisfaction with style recommendations (as these are subjective and advisory in nature)
Failure to follow through with recommendations or purchase decisions

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking
Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, though it may take longer depending on your financial institution
You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles

Service Guarantee

While we strive to provide exceptional service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from our style consultations, as personal style preferences are subjective. Our consultations provide professional advice and recommendations based on our expertise, but final purchasing and styling decisions remain with the client.

If you believe your consultation did not meet the service standards described, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and find an appropriate resolution.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, we may make exceptions to our standard cancellation and refund policies. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Gift Certificates and Vouchers

If you received a consultation as a gift or through a promotional voucher:

Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person
Expired gift certificates or vouchers cannot be refunded
Gift certificates and vouchers are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies as regular bookings
